Practical, reassuring support to help you feel more confident as you prepare for or adjust to life with a newborn.
This session is designed around the questions that matter most to your family and may include newborn sleep and settling, normal newborn behaviour, routines and rhythms, practical care, development and what to expect in the early weeks.
The focus is on helping you understand your baby, feel informed and build confidence without expecting a newborn to follow a rigid schedule.
This is an educational family-support service and does not replace medical, midwifery, lactation or other regulated health-professional care.
